We want you to love your Stripe & Stare essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, individual knickers cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original sustainable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
