What makes Stripe & Stare products so soft?
Our products are crafted from TENCEL™ Modal, a fiber derived from sustainably sourced beechwood that is scientifically proven to be twice as soft as cotton and far more breathable.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.
How should I care for my modal garments?
To keep your items in peak condition, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C and laying them flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the softness and elasticity of the fibers.
